The new NEIGHBORHOOD collection is perceived by everyone in different ways - someone likes changing the style of the brand, and someone, having seen the lookbook, was upset, because it does not look like what the brand had done before.
SS'19 turned out to be brighter compared to previous collections, there was more branding and "trendy" details, such as, for example, wide reflective bands, which are a reference to the workers uniform.
The collection is conventionally divided into 5 lines:
The brightest part of the collection. Here we see both animalistic patterns, and acid colors, and an abundance of logos.
Most, if I may say so, the Japanese line. Here you can find traditional shirts and embroidery.
As the name implies, the line refers us to military clothing. Although her inspiration is felt in all garments, here it appears most clearly. NEIGHBORHOOD uses classic army silhouettes - M-65 jackets and cargo pants, as well as forest camouflage.
In MODERN LINE traced the influence of global trends. This is told to us by the abundance and size of logos, more typical of American streetwear brands, as well as direct copying of the elements of the working uniform in the form of reflective ribbons and classic signal colors.
The abbreviation stands for SPECIMEN RESEARCH LABORATORY. This line is devoted to the cultivation of rare plant species, as evidenced by prints and accessories - watering can, flower pots for plants or garden gloves.
Items from the collection have already begun to come to retailers.
