POLYMER WORKSHOP Interview [Revealing TECHUNTER
10 ANNIVERSARY]
The first time we learned about Polymer Workshop was when some of the coolest cyclists we follow started posting their routes on Instagram – clean, minimalist maps stamped with the signature line: “Designed by Polymer Workshop.” At first, it looked like a design experiment blending visuals and cycling. Later, we discovered it was something far more tangible – a newcomer in the world of high-end carbon components, building wheels, handlebars, and seatposts with obsessive precision and unmistakable aesthetic clarity.

Months later, we found ourselves somewhere in the hills around Lake Como, where the team was running their Road Assistance Project – a roaming van connecting with riders, retailers, and friends of the brand across Europe.

Between steep climbs, espresso stops, and late-evening descents, we sat down with Sebastian Tottrup and Kasper Anker to talk about all things carbon – from the challenges of starting up in a highly competitive cycling industry, to their design codes and what they’re ultimately chasing in this ever-evolving world of Road Porn.
