To celebrate the new era of cycling in our latest magazine, we teamed up with photographer Moe Lauchert and athlete-designer Cesar Villalba to reimagine gravel cycling through a fresh lens — both figuratively and literally. Set against the surreal, otherworldly backdrop of the Salt Flats in the U.S., the shoot became a creative experiment, blending visual effects with unique perspectives to capture the sport’s untamed essence. Featuring Giordana, renowned for its balance of performance and style, this project showcases gravel cycling in an entirely new light — one as expansive and uncharted as the lunar surface itself.
