We were always fascinated by the beauty of different textiles. When you see such a detailed picture of a structure of some amazing fabric, you can definitely understand the whole world of exploration and development behind its creation. And you are just mesmerized by the beauty of it.
So we started our THM MACROSHOTS editorial series, where we explore the complexity, depth, and beauty of different fabrics, textiles, materials, and hardware through the macro lens.

Our new macro-editorial explores the details of the 04 Edition collection by LTEKS. Coming from Kolon Sport as a sub-brand [Korean outdoor giant], LTEKS represents a new incarnation of every advancement and development from the company, adapted to the needs of an urban user, without compromising on design and top-tier materials.
With its new 04 Edition collection called 'ALLUVIUM', the brand explores the similarity of the forms of nature and modern technologies used in their products. And like real geologists with a magnifying glass and a brush in search of minerals, we will explore these items with our macro-lens to show the beauty of its details and technical features. This time we explore the 3 flagship elements of the collection: Storm Breaker Urban Jacket, Thermal Defender Cardigan, and Load-Out Field Vest.

Our new macro-editorial explores the details of the 04 Edition collection by LTEKS. Storm Breaker Urban Jacket
Representing a promising collaboration between LTEKS from one side and GORE-TEX and BYBORRE as material manufacturers, this jacket is the highlight of the new collection. The outer GORE-TEX 3L PRO fabric together with the inner 3D textile lining by BYBORRE provides 3 basic functions for outerwear in 1 item: protects against precipitation, keeps you warm, and allows the inner moisture to evaporate. The sleeves inside are lined with aluminum and FLAT DOWN INSULATION technology.
The anatomic design of the back and sleeves, the loose silhouette, and the adjustable Velcro cuffs allow for a wide range of movement for the wearer. Additional details include the use of waterproof YKK zippers, side zippers for easy access to pant pockets, front pockets with FIDLOCK® MAGNETIC SNAP fasteners, and SYSTEM-MAG® front magnetic tape.
We see this jacket, fully packed with modern technological solutions, as the perfect tool for the winter of the modern metropolitan dweller.

With this collection, LTEKS marks its long-term collaboration with textile innovation studio BYBORRE. A special 3D double-layer knit called VELUWEZOOM was developed for this collection: it consists of recycled polyester, polyester Black 900, and Egyptian bio-cotton yarns.
The silhouette itself has an oversize fit, raglan sleeves, and square snap closure. Might be a perfect mid-layer solution for a cold urban environment, when you want to look more classy during your daily meetings.
Thermal Defender Cardigan
With this collection, LTEKS marks its long-term collaboration with textile innovation studio BYBORRE. A special 3D double-layer knit called VELUWEZOOM was developed for this collection: it consists of recycled polyester, polyester Black 900, and Egyptian bio-cotton yarns.
