THM MACROSHOTS N20
[NEMEN x PUMA Centaur Mid Trainers]
We were always fascinated by the beauty of different textiles. When you see such detailed picture of the structure of some amazing fabric, you can definitely understand the whole world of exploration and development behind its creation. And you are just mesmerized by the beauty of it. So we started our THM MACROSHOTS editorial series, where we explore the complexity, depth and beauty of different fabrics, textiles, materials, and hardware through the macro lens.

Our new macro-editorial exploring the details of the NEMEN x PUMA footwear collection. The Centaur Mid model is chosen as the main silhouette of the collection. The original inspiration came from the PUMA's Speed Cat Pro racing boots (and the Future Cat hi-tops), which have an anatomically shaped sole and a two-panel top design to give the F1 driver better control of the car. Kimi Räikkönen's championship run 2007 in these shoes is the best proof of that!
The Centaur Mid, created with NEMEN design team, retains the advantages and lightness of the original silhouette, adding waterproof zippers on the side and some additional features. The white version received nubuck as the main material, while the black version's upper is made of neoprene and an alternative PUMA Disc Closure lacing system. Both models are equipped with branded infographics and are declared as water repellent.

Here is our new THM Macroshot editorial, exploring these footwear collection.
